How you'll use it

Wherever your customers buy from you

  • At the counter

Print your QR code for the till. Customers scan it, enter the amount and approve on their own phone. No change to count.

    With Payment links
  • On WhatsApp

When someone orders in the chat, send a link with the exact price. Ask for a note and you get their address with the payment.

    With Payment links
  • Before delivery

Get paid before the rider leaves. The payment shows up in your dashboard with the customer's note, so nothing gets mixed up.

A day with Xtopay

Saturday at Nana's Kitchen

  1. Orders start on WhatsApp

Ama wants a jollof party pack for a naming ceremony. Nana sends her xtopay.me/nanaskitchen/jollof-pack.

  2. Ama pays by MoMo

She approves on her phone. Her note says: deliver to East Legon by 6pm. Nana's phone buzzes with the payment.

  3. Lunch at the counter

Walk-in customers scan the QR code by the till and pay what they owe, by MoMo or card.

  4. One order can't be made

The goat supplier is late. Nana refunds that order in full, straight from the payment.

  5. The day adds up

Every payment is in the dashboard with the fee and what's hers. No notebook, no guessing.

  6. Payday

The week's takings go to her MTN MoMo wallet on the schedule she set.
