What it does

  • Line items, a discount, and VAT, NHIL and GETFund in a tap
  • Sent by email in your business's name, or shared as a link
  • Reminders on the due date, and three days after
  • Marked paid the moment it's paid, and ready to print
The problem
An invoice in a PDF still leaves your customer to work out how to pay it.
Best for
Freelancers, agencies and suppliers who bill for their work.
You can count on
Every invoice is numbered in order, and its payment is on record with it.

In detail

Everything an invoice needs

  • Line items

A description, a quantity and a price for each line, with notes for bank details or delivery terms.

  • Discounts and taxes

An amount or a percentage off, then VAT, NHIL and GETFund with one tap each, or your own tax.

  • Sent in your name

Emailed from your business's name through Xtopay, and replies come to your support email.

  • Reminders

An email on the due date and three days after, if it's still unpaid. Remind them yourself any time.

  • Paid online, marked paid

Customers pay the total on the invoice's own page, and it's marked paid at once. Paid in cash? Mark it paid yourself.

  • Print or save as PDF

Your customer can print it or keep a PDF from its page, and so can you.

Chasing, done for you

Reminders that go out on their own

You see where every invoice stands, and a late one gets a polite reminder without you writing a word.

  • See what's open, overdue and paid at a glance
  • Reminders on the due date and three days later
  • Edit an open invoice, or cancel it

Questions

Can a customer pay part of an invoice?
No. An invoice is paid in full on its page. For a deposit, use a payment link with a minimum.
What if they pay in cash or by bank transfer?
Mark the invoice paid yourself, with a note. Only the owner and admins can.
Do I need their email?
To send it, yes. Without one, open it and share its link on WhatsApp or by text.
Can my own system create invoices?
Yes. Your developer can make and send them with the Xtopay API, and they show in your dashboard like any other.
